Second method to hack Symbian 9 again...
Use this method if the first method (HelloCarbide) not working...
SecMan, short of Security Manager, is an application for hacking symbian mobile publish by BinPDA...
It's much more easier to use than HelloCarbide, what need to do is only installed, then run the application, it will automatically ask for restart (If not, its mean your phone isn't suitable with this method due to your higher FirmWare)...

After restart, run the application, then select option...

To install root certificated, select "Installed Root Certificate". Then to run into some folder(such as resource, sys, private), select on "Turn Off Caps"...

In my opinion, better don't do anything in "Resource", "Sys" and "Private" folder unless you know what are you doing...
